Return Process

  Log into your Adobe Basics account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
